Police brutality in SC

This video is the epitome of police brutality. The video becomes blurry after the officer and the student reach the front of the classroom, but the officer appears to restrain the student by putting her arms behind her back. In a longer version of the video, the officer looms over the student before grabbing her.  Just two days after a young black girl was assaulted by a police officer in her Spring Valley High School classroom in Columbia, S.C., the local school board held a public meeting to allow parents to express themselves. One man, who is unidentified but alludes to being a father to a child in the school district, has taken the Internet by storm.
His speech has now been viewed over 2 million times across social media platforms. It is, perhaps, the most poignant, passionate, powerful three minutes spoken about the pain of police brutality and racial injustice you will hear anywhere this year. The officer should have used some kind of other technique or he should have talked to her more instead of immediately going for a take down. If this is in the boundaries of proper police procedure then they need to change the way they handle these students. This is a female high school student and no matter what she did, the officer should have treated her as if she a regular criminal. Personally, I don't think race had anything to do with this particular situation because it says that he had a history of using too much force when it came to handling the students. White privilege does exist in America, even though people choose not to see it. Yes, I think that the author is saying that all white people are racists, but that obviously not true. If the student was a white female the situation might have been handled differently.
